I work in the entire greater Metro area of Denver. Often my work is in the central part of the City of Denver. The inner-city neighborhoods I love are Park Hill, Hilltop, Mayfair, Bonnie Brae, Cherry Creek, Washington Park, and Highlands. The homes and commercial property offer great value and upside potential because they are part of the urban core with services and amenities that people want. There are many more great neighborhoods and they are often popular due to their proximity to parks and open space, and access to various parts of the city.
I represent Buyers and Sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including income property, office space, remodeling and new home construction projects.
