My work is concentrated in the central part of the City of Denver, although I work in all of the greater Metro area. Some of the inner-city neighborhoods I love are Park Hill, Hilltop, Mayfair, Bonnie Brae, Cherry Creek, Washington Park, and Highlands. There are many more and they are often popular due to their proximity to parks and open space, and access to various parts of the city.

I represent both Buyers and Sellers in residential real estate transactions as well as income property, remodeling and new home construction projects.

I've worked in the field of real estate for a long time and provide Buyers and Sellers with a one on one, personal style of service. I believe great care should be given to the purchase of real estate and, though also an emotional decision, I try to use my experience in real estate to help my clients get the best benefits of a real estate investment when purchasing and selling.
